2017 Training Sessions Schedule

Sessions are conducted as open, supervised workouts with athletes completing varying levels of individual or partner exercises.  While drop-ins are allowed, we do ask that participants email, call or text us when they know their schedule so that we can balance the number of participants as necessary.

Training discounts are available for groups of 10 or more participants from the same team, please contact for details.

Personal and group training is available to individuals who live or work nearby or spend time at the Haverhill Valley Forum.  Our personal and group training philosophy is structured similar to our Warrior Training Systems program, but takes into account individual goals such as weight loss, nutrition, age and physical fitness level.  Sessions can be scheduled as single instances or in multi-visit increments, by individual or for groups of 2-4 participants.

New Client 3-Pack: $150 (individual) / $130 (per individual for 2-4 participants)

Single Sessions: $65 (individual) / $50 (per individual for 2-4 participants)

10 Session Pack: $600 (individual) / $450 (per individual for 2-4 participants)

20 Session Pack: $1,100 (individual) / $800 (per individual for 2-4 participants)
